10th Anniversary

Two more vessels added to the fleet

We are happy to announce that GCC have entered into a commercial and technical agreement for two modern 2010-built PCTCs. The two sister vessels are named M/V “Arabian Sea”, and M/V “Mediterranean Sea”, and have a capacity of about 5,000cars. They were built at Xiamen Shipyard, a well-known and reputable yard, which have built close to 20 sister vessels. The vessels is schedule for delivery to new owners around year end 2017. The vessels have 3 hoist able decks, and a 120 mt quarter ramp. The vessels are classed with DNV GL. The two vessels has closely inspected by GCC-Technical Manager, and found to be in good condition.



 

Viking Destiny delivered

We are pleased to inform that the 4th Newbuilding Viking Destiny was successfully delivered from Jinling Shipyard to Owners. The vessel will sail from China to US East Coast on the first voyage. We wish Viking Destiny smooth sailing!



 

Two sisters meet in Yokohama

Recently two of our sister vessels, the Viking Emerald and the Viking Coral was visiting Yokohama berth at the same time. Both vessels are on charter to Japanese operator and was berthed side by side in Yokohama.



 

Viking Destiny - Launching

GCC are pleased to inform that launching of Viking Destiny took place today August 22nd 10:30 local time. Vessel was clear of dock gate at 12:15. She will be the forth vessel in a serie of sister ships built at Jinling shipyard in China.



 

Launching the Viking Conquest

Our 3rd newbuilding from Jinling shipyard in Nanjing was launched today on the 20th of May at 10.00 am.



 

VIP's attendance onboard Glovis Conductor

During a schedule port call to Pyeongtaek on the 14th January our vessel Glovis Conductor had a VIP visit by the South Korean Deputy prime minister for economic affairs. The PM was greeted and toured around the vessel by our proud Captain Bacalso.



 

Successful search and rescue operation

We are pleased to announce that our vessel Viking Princess has successfully completed a "search and rescue" mission by rescuing 3 survivors in distress. We are proud to see this act of good seamanship by our vessel and crew, and on the 6th of November we also received following congratulation note from MPA.



 

Visit onboard Viking Chance

Captain Bezkorovayny and his crew onboard Viking Chance have recently been visited by Crew Officer Despo Diogenous from OSM. The photo is taken on Monday 04th May during vessel’s passage from Vigo in Spain to Bremerhaven port in Germany.



 

More Vikings have arrived - Viking Bravery

We are very pleased to inform that the VIKING BRAVERY was successfully delivered to Owners at Jinling Shipyard, Nanjing China on the 30th April 2015. The vessel is the second vessel in a serie of 6,700 cars capacity vessels. The vessel will load hear first cargo in Shanghai, and a few more ports in FE, before comming to Singapore for bunkering and continue to AG and Europe.



 

Ready for sea trial

We are pleased to announce that our latest new building has departed from the Jinling shipyard and is currently undergoing her sea trial. GCC Technical Manager, Managers Superintendent and Senior Ships Staff are onboard to monitor progress and performance.
