The Company seeks to comply with the Norwegian Code of Practice for Corporate Governance and is subject to reporting requirements for corporate governance under the Norwegian Accounting Act as well as the Oslo Stock Exchange's Rule Book II. The Board of Directors have adopted a Corporate Governance Policy to guide the management and the Board.
